Relaxing Massage

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage
A light, rhythmic treatment that helps your body release excess fluid and feel less heavy. Using specific techniques to support your lymph flow, this treatment can reduce puffiness, boost circulation, and leave you feeling lighter, refreshed, and sculpted. It is fantastic for anybody who is suffering with water retention.
Maderotherapy
A body-sculpting massage using wooden tools to target tension and support circulation. This treatment helps tone, shape, and smooth the body while also encouraging lymphatic flow. It is fantastic treatment that helps with cellulite reduction. Soon to add body wrap to it.

She took the time to explain exactly what she would be doing throughout the treatments, as well as the benefits of each step, which made me feel completely at ease and confident in her expertise.
